Welcome to our church. We are so glad that you decided to visit with us today. We understand that visiting a new church can be a little intimidating, but we want you to know that you are among friends here. We hope that you will find a sense of belonging and community with us. Our church is a place where people from all walks of life come together to worship, learn, and grow in their faith. Whether you're looking for a Sunday worship service, or opportunities to serve in the community, we have something for everyone. The use of masks is discretionary.
After the service, please join us for refreshments and converstion – we’d love to get to know you! The city parkade at 745 Broughton St. under the Central Library is free on Sundays. Alternatively, Robbins’ Broughton Square Parkade beside the Church at 635 Broughton St. is commercial, but our ushers can give you a free pass that you can show cashiers as you leave the parkade.
There is a ramp at the Broughton St. side door, or use the main door off Douglas Street. For those who wish, alternate pews are roped off on the south side of the sanctuary. We do not currently have a Sunday School, but children are welcome to our services and a separate playroom is available.
"Worshiping together is a vital part of our Christian lives. Following our Presbyterian Church in Canada’s Statement of Christian Belief contained in Living Faith, “The Church lives to praise God. We have no higher calling than to offer the worship that belongs to God day by day, Sunday by Sunday. Through the preaching of the Word and the celebration of the Sacraments, in praise, prayer, teaching and fellowship, God sustains the life of the Church."
Extend your time with us on Sundays after the service for a warm cup of tea or coffee and a friendly conversation. Your presence will add joy to our gathering.
